General FAQ

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 7-14 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule. 

What if I need my order sooner?

A rush order can be applied.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at Jessica@specialoccasioncreationsllc.com

Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?

We are able to send, if requested, a digital design proof before production has been started.

Custom Items

Are you able to cut a custom order or design?

Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.

At the time the order is placed, the customer will be responsible for paying a 75% non refundable deposit.

Are you able to engrave my logo?

Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format. Please note, a design fee may apply if the file provided is not clear.

Wholesale orders

How do I place a wholesale order? 

Please email us at Jessica@specialoccasioncreationsllc.com so that we may assist you further. Custom wholesale orders are available.

Shipping information

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the US and Canada. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty or export fees that may apply after the item has shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment only in Loreauville, Louisiana. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. You will receive an email with the address and pick up instructions will be sent to you when your order is complete. Please check your spam folder. If the customer does not respond or fails to pick up their item within 14 days of completion, an email will be sent requesting a preferred shipping address as well as an invoice to cover shipping. 

Wooden items

 

Do you apply any finishes to your products?

Yes, we seal most of our products with either a lacquer or clear coat. All food items are finished with a food grade oil.

Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from soaking your board in water.

 

Hats and Beanies

How do I care for the hats and beanies with a leather patch?

Please use a gentle detergent when washing using cold to warm water. Hand wash (preferred) or wash on a delicate cycle. Do not put in the dryer, air dry only.

All patches are made of leatherette and adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial hat heat press.
